A mock draft is a practice draft. It works like a real draft, but the league ends as soon as the draft completes — there are no lineups, transfers, or scoring afterwards.

Starting a Mock Draft

Create a league as normal and tick Mock Draft (in the mobile app, set the mode to Mock). All the usual league options apply: auction or snake, 2 to 20 teams, and your choice of pick time. You can invite others with the normal invite link. When the draft starts, any empty spots are filled by bots — so you can also run a mock draft entirely on your own.

During the Draft

Bots pick for themselves almost instantly, so a solo mock draft moves quickly. Bot teams are labelled with a Bot badge. Both draft types are supported: in auction mocks, bots nominate and bid against you.

After the Draft

When the draft finishes you can view and share the draft results board. Because the league is just for practice, you can’t set a lineup or make transfers. Mock drafts are free and you can run as many as you like. They appear in their own section on your dashboard, which you can hide once you’re done practising.
