The commissioner is the manager who created the league. The commissioner can also make other managers league admins from the league Settings page — admins can manage the league, while ownership stays with the commissioner.

League Settings

Most league rules can be changed from SettingsEdit at any time, including the waiver format, trades on or off, auto subs, playoffs, custom scoring, and squad rules. A few structural settings — draft type, visibility, lineup and bench size, and team count — are locked once the draft starts. Before the draft, the commissioner can also remove teams from the league or delete the league entirely.

Draft Controls

During the draft, admins can start, pause, resume, or restart the draft, set a custom draft order beforehand, and use Force Pick to end a turn. See Snake Draft for details.

Fixing Things Mid-Season

The Commissioner Tools section on the league Settings page has tools for sorting out problems during the season:

Edit Team Budgets

Adjust any team’s FAAB waiver budget or leftover auction balance.

Force a Trade

Swap a player onto a team without needing anyone to accept. Pick the team, the player to drop, and the player to bring in — owned or unowned. The final squads must remain valid, and the move is recorded in the league’s trade history as an admin-forced trade. This is useful for correcting mistakes or completing a deal agreed outside the app. Forced trades are available in private leagues once the draft is complete, and can’t be undone.

Force-Drop Players

Drop every player from a team and replace them with low-rated unowned players. Useful for freeing up a squad when a manager has abandoned the league. This can’t be undone.

Reverse a Trade

Admins see a Reverse button next to each completed trade in the League Trades history. Trades that included FAAB can’t be reversed automatically — adjust the teams’ FAAB budgets manually instead.

Cups

Commissioners can create and manage knockout cups from the Cup Setup page. See Cups and Playoffs.
